Return & Refund Policy

At RatnaYantra, we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. Since our items are made with natural gemstones and are carefully qualityβchecked before dispatch, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do provide replacement in specific cases, as mentioned below.

1. Replacement Eligibility
We will only provide a replacement if:
- The product you received is defective or damaged.
- You share a clear opening/unboxing video of the package, recorded from the moment you start opening the sealed parcel until the product is fully unboxed.
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: Without an opening video, replacement requests cannot be processed.
2. NonβEligibility
A replacement will not be provided in the following cases:
- No opening/unboxing video is provided.
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, wear & tear, or misuse.
- Minor variations in color, size, or texture, since all gemstones are natural and unique.
- Change of mind or preference after purchase.
3. Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds. Only product replacement (as per the above conditions) is applicable.
4. Order Policy
- At present, we only accept prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
5.How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please email us at support@ratnayantra.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Opening/unboxing video of the package
- Description of the issue
Our team will verify the video and respond within 2β3 business days.
