Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• YOrders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

A replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, remote locations, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Prepaid Orders Only

• Currently, we only accept prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

5. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.
• We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
• You can use the tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please record a clear opening/unboxing video while unsealing the parcel and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
• We ship within India only.
